    Privacy Policy

    This Privacy Policy describes how Nacsoft Technologies (“Nacsoft,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use Pincera (the “Service”), visit pincera.com, or otherwise engage with us. For customers, it applies alongside your customer agreement.

    Information we collect

    We collect information in three broad categories. Account information you or your organization provide when requesting or administering access — name, business email, role, company, and similar details. Usage information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timing of requests, and standard log data such as IP address, browser, and device type. Communications you send us — support requests, sales and evaluation conversations, feedback, and survey responses.

    Separately, your organization processes customer data through the Service. Customer data is governed primarily by your customer agreement with Nacsoft, not by this policy.

    How we use information

    We use information we collect to:

    • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
    • Authenticate users and secure accounts;
    • Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and security;
    • Respond to requests, provide support, and share service-related updates;
    • Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

    We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data to train third-party generative AI models. For details on how customer data interacts with AI features, see our Data & AI usage page.

    Legal bases for processing

    Where applicable (including under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR), we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and, where required, consent.

    How we share information

    We share information only in the following circumstances:

    • With service providers under written agreements (hosting, monitoring, communications, analytics) who act on our behalf and are bound to confidentiality and data-protection terms;
    • With your organization’s administrators, for customer-administered accounts;
    • When required by law or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or Nacsoft;
    • In connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition, subject to appropriate protections.

    Customer data

    For customer data — the information your organization processes through Pincera — Nacsoft acts as a processor under your direction. Our processing, retention, and disclosure of customer data is governed by your customer agreement and applicable data-processing terms. Individuals wishing to exercise rights over customer data should contact the organization that provided it to us.

    Data retention

    We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods vary by data category and purpose. Customer data retention is governed by your customer agreement.

    Your rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@nacsoftech.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

    Security

    We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. See our Security page for more on our approach.

    International transfers

    Information may be processed in countries other than where you are located, including the United States and the European Union. Where required for cross-border transfers, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

    Children

    Pincera is an enterprise service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, by email to administrators, or by revising the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
